The first Amherst-wide Science Night is on, an evening of demonstrations and activities with scientific professionals from our community featuring topics such as astronomy, biochemistry, zoology and MORE!

CAN YOU VOLUNTEER???
We are seeking scientists interested in presenting an activity station for the students. The commitment would likely be for about 2 hours on April 10th, depending on the amount of setup required. The Science Night Planning Committee will work with presenting scientists to discuss some limitations on the activities as well as connections to curriculum for this age group.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with the event. Volunteer opportunities include: helping set-up and break down; welcoming participants; and assisting sponsors in demonstrations.
