Committee to Review ARPS District Screening and Hiring Practices
Dear Amherst Regional Public School Community,
ARPS is committed to hiring a diverse workforce and to transparency and inclusion of all voices in the search and hiring process. The Office of Diversity, Equity and Human resources is establishing a Committee to review our current screening and hiring practices to ensure that the district’s commitment continues to be met in all future searches. This Committee will include school-based staff, administrators, parents/guardians and community members and will be charged with completing its work by the end of May.
