The Green Street Brew, a local adult a cappella group is organizing its 10th Local Vocal Chord Bowl at the Amherst Regional High School. This intergenerational celebration of music—featuring adult, college, and high school a cappella groups—is a fundraiser for music and arts programs at ARHS and at Northampton High School. In the last three years, the event has raised over $12,000 for the schools.
