We’ve had many events and fundraisers this year, and we want to thank everyone who donated their time and resources to help, and everyone who joined in on the fun!
Despite the threat of rain, the Welcome Back Party had a huge attendance and a great time was had by all. Open House gave parents, guardians, teachers and staff a chance to socialize with one another, and to see what goes on during a typical day at Crocker Farm. Our Election Day bake sales raised $2300 from the greater Amherst community, and we sold an array of delicious sweet and savory goods. The Winter Clothing Share collected and gave away loads of clothing and accessories. The Month of Giving brought in $8535 thanks to the donations of 85 families and individuals, an all-time record. The Barnes & Noble Book Fair was a huge success, earning an unprecedented $1500 in credit, more than four times what we have ever earned at such an event in the past. And finally, our first ever Coupon Book Sale raised $500 and supported local businesses at the same time.
